Brand and Sales Ambassador – Laboratory & Analytical Technology Morocco (m/f/d)

As a Brand & Sales Ambassador for Laboratory & Analytical Technology, you will represent IKA externally and actively contribute to strengthening our brand image. You will create awareness and generate sales opportunities through a variety of marketing and sales activities:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for revenue development within the assigned sales territory
  • Independently expand market share and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Being the local contact for IKA customers and channel partners and maintain strong relationships
  • Implementation of local sales and marketing activities as directed by the sales management
  • Visit existing and potential new customers/channel partners to present solutions from IKA
  • Identify sales opportunities across targeted industries and ensure successful deal closures
  • Support local channel partners in promoting the IKA brand and in closing sales opportunities for IKA products
  • Respond to inquiries and provide feedback on IKA's portfolio (in collaboration with other departments)
  • Provide feedback on customer requests, market trends and competition activities
  • Maintain customer data and report activities via the IKA CRM system

Your Qualifications:

  • Highly motivated and outgoing personality
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic understanding of IKA products and applications
  • Identification with the IKA brand
  • First experience in sales
  • Reliable and professional demeanor
  • Quick learner with a strong desire for knowledge
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory
  • Strong English language skills (spoken and written)
  • Technical or scientific education is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Driving Licence and own car desirable
