What You'll Do

• Drive business development with
  fertilizer manufacturers and mining companies
  across Morocco and North Africa.
• Promote JAS's portfolio of
  fertilizer coatings, anticaking agents, dust control solutions, defoamers, flotation reagents, and antiscalants
  .
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities.
• Prepare, negotiate, and submit
  tenders, proposals, and technical offers
  .
• Provide
  on-site technical support
  during product trials and implementations.
• Secure registration and approvals for JAS products with regional fertilizer and mining companies.
• Work closely with internal teams (engineering, logistics, procurement, and R&I) to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct
  market analysis
  to strengthen JAS's market position.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in
  Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mining, or related field
  .
• 5+ years
  of proven sales experience in fertilizer or mining chemicals.
• Technical knowledge of fertilizer formulations, coatings, or mineral processing (e.g., flotation, phosphoric acid, granulation).
• Fluent in English, French, and Arabic
  (mandatory).
• Valid driving license, willing to travel across Morocco & the region.
• Willingness to
  relocate to El Jadida, Morocco
  .
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and driven to grow.
