Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Engineer / Construction Site Manager with 2 or 3 years of experience, based in Kénitra Province. The responsibilities include overseeing daily site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and safety standards, and managing project timelines. The role also involves collaborating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders, inspecting construction work, and resolving any technical issues arising on-site. Supervision of personnel and ensuring quality control are key tasks associated with the position.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of civil engineering principles, structural design, and construction management practices
- Project planning, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to oversee site operations, conduct inspections, and implement safety regulations
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Proficiency in using engineering software and tools relevant to project coordination
- Attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in industrial construction or similar projects is a strong advantage
