1. Studies & Preparation

2. Perform civil engineering layout studies for technical buildings, foundations, chambers and junction boxes.

3. Define and optimize routes for trenches and cable ducts / PEHD and associated civil works.

4. Prepare execution drawings, cross-sections, reinforcement details and civil work method statements.

5. Validate GC–signaling consistency (layout constraints, track clearance, regulatory distances).

6. Support topographic surveys, site inspections and field recognitions.

7. Contribute to preparation of WMS, ITP and checklists for civil activities.

8. Works Supervision & Coordination

9. Supervise works related to trenches, excavation, backfilling and PEHD / ducts installation.

10. Supervise execution of foundations and concrete works for signals, cabinets, gantries, portals and equipment.

11. Supervise construction of technical buildings and associated VRD (access, drainage, small civil works).

12. Check implementation, formwork, reinforcement and concrete quality on site.

13. Coordinate civil subcontractors in terms of productivity, quality and schedule.

14. Ensure daily monitoring of progress and anticipate risks and blocking points.

15. Quality, Compliance & EHS

16. Apply Zero Deviation and EHS rules on all GC activities.

17. Perform inspections and visual tests (VT) on trenches, chambers, foundations and buildings.

18. Identify and raise non-conformities (NCR) and follow-up their corrective actions and closure.

19. Apply and respect applicable standards and references: CCTP , IG SNCF , EN 1090, ISO 1461, ONCF civil standards.

20. Ensure that all quality records, ITPs, WMS and civil documentation are properly maintained.

21. Technical Interface

22. Coordinate GC activities with signaling installation (cables, cabinets, signals, track equipment).

23. Coordinate with track, catenary and power supply teams to avoid conflicts and reworks.

24. Escalate and help resolve technical blocking points between GC and other disciplines.

25. Provide technical support and clarifications to site installation teams.

26. Documentation & Reporting

27. Prepare civil works progress reports and site notes.

28. Provide inspection reports, concrete test reports and GC acceptance reports.

29. Maintain and update GC As-Built drawings and documentation.

30. Contribute to handover documentation towards Installation and T&C teams.

Performance measurements

• OTD (On Time Delivery) for site activities

• Quality, EHS, RSA (Railway Safety Agencies): monitoring, anticipation and reporting on progress and issues

Educational Requirements

Mandatory: Engineering degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Experience

Mandatory: Proven experience in civil works for railway or major infrastructure projects. Experience in excavation, trenching, concrete foundations and buildings. Experience in planning and monitoring civil works on site.
