We are currently looking for passionate team members with strong customer service skills to strengthen our team, specifically in the German language. This position is made for you Your daily mission : .Answer incoming calls from customers needing help to solve a problem with their product. .Listen carefully, understand the situation, and provide clear and appropriate solutions. . Schedule appointments for technical interventions. . Strictly follow procedures and manage complex cases by escalation. . Update customer information and ensure accurate case follow-up. . Collaborate with other teams to guarantee an optimal customer experience. . Actively participate in the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.

Profil Recherché

Profile sought:

. Very good command of German, both spoken and written.

. Naturally service-oriented, precise, and attentive to details.

. Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn continuously.

. Basic knowledge of English or French.

. Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

. Experience in customer service is a plus.
