1.   Description du poste :

Le Fund Manager s'occupe de la gestion financière des portefeuilles, en intervenant directement pour le compte des OPCI qu'il gère sur les marchés financiers. Il met en œuvre les décisions prises par le comité d'investissement dont il participe en faisant une présentation i) du Reporting de la situation des marchés, ii) des performances réalisées sur le mois écoulé en comparaison avec ceux du benchmark, et iii) du tableau de bord de suivi des risques liés à la gestion.

Le Fund Manager est amené à produire périodiquement des notes de recherche, des synthèses sur les marchés et les actifs qu'il cible, ainsi que des Reportings analytiques des performances réalisées par les OPCI.

2.   Activités principales :

-      Etablir la stratégie d'investissement et le business plan général des OPCI.

-      Identifier et évaluer les opportunités d'investissement.

-      Structurer les fonds et obtenir l'agrément des OPCI par l'AMMC ;

-      Gérer l'allocation entre la poche immobilière, la poche financière et les liquidités.

-      Déterminer les modalités de financement des actifs immobiliers ainsi que, le cas échéant, des actifs financiers.

-      Intervenir sur le marché financier selon les opportunités d'investissement offertes.

-      Etablir le rapport de gestion et les documents d'information périodique.

-      Présenter un reporting de la situation des marchés et des performances réalisées dans le cadre de la politique de placement.
