Senior Marketing Automation Manager
for a strategic role based in
Casablanca, Morocco

About the role:

We are looking for a senior-level Marketing Automation Manager to drive the development and execution of a
global marketing automation strategy
. You will translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, operating with autonomy, precision, and a data-driven mindset. The ideal candidate thrives in a
fast-paced, high-growth B2B environment
, is detail-oriented, and enjoys solving complex marketing and operational challenges.

This role requires
strong English proficiency
and the ability to
adapt to US working hours
, with onsite presence in Casablanca.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead day-to-day management of
Marketo and Salesforce
, ensuring seamless integration and accurate reporting.

· Develop, optimize, and execute
marketing automation campaigns
, including scoring models, A/B testing, and multi-touch nurture strategies.

· Collaborate closely with
digital teams and offshore marketing automation support agencies
to drive campaign performance.

· Analyze data to provide actionable insights and support
global marketing localization efforts
.

· Own data quality, stewardship, and integration processes, proactively identifying and resolving gaps.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

·
7+ years of hands-on Marketo experience
and
5+ years with Salesforce
, including Marketo/SFDC integration.

· Strong
analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
.

· Experience in
global B2B environments
and ability to manage multiple complex projects independently.

· Familiarity with
digital marketing channels
(SEO, web, paid social, LinkedIn for B2B) and
AI tools
is a plus.

· Highly autonomous, resourceful, and detail-oriented with a passion for continuous learning.
