Dans un contexte de transformation et de modernisation de nos processus de gestion du risque client, nous recherchons un(e) Functional Lead Recouvrement expérimenté(e) et opérationnel(le), doté(e) d'une excellente maîtrise de la solution IMX, et d'une expérience solide dans les domaines du crédit et du recouvrement.

Ce poste clé s'adresse à un(e) professionnel(le) capable de piloter les chantiers fonctionnels, d'accompagner les équipes métier, et de jouer un rôle d'interface stratégique entre les différents interlocuteurs internes (opérationnels, IT, conformité, direction).

Mission principale

Piloter les évolutions et la maintenance du Core Banking System Eden sur environnement Mainframe IBM. Assurer l'interface entre les équipes métiers et techniques, garantir la qualité, la conformité et la cohérence des solutions livrées.

  • Responsabilités
    Recueillir et analyser les besoins métiers (crédit, comptes, paiements, risques).
  • Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées.
  • Coordonner les équipes de développement (Cobol, JCL, DB2, CICS).
  • Prioriser et suivre le backlog des demandes et incidents Eden.
  • Encadrer les analystes fonctionnels et assurer la conformité réglementaire.
  • Piloter les phases de conception, recette et mise en production.
  • Définir et suivre les indicateurs de performance et de qualité.
  • Réaliser du reverse engineering pour documenter les composants critiques.
  • Participer à la trajectoire de migration vers des technologies modernes (API, microservices).
  • Collaborer avec les architectes et équipes de transformation digitale.

Profil recherché

  • Formation :
    Bac+5 en informatique, systèmes d'information ou finance.
  • Expérience :
    Minimum 5 ans sur environnement Mainframe, dont 3 ans en tant que lead fonctionnel.
  • Compétences techniques :
  • Maîtrise du système Eden (core banking / back-office).
  • Environnements IBM : Cobol, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM.
  • Outils : Control-M, outils de versioning, gestion de backlog.
  • Connaissance des architectures batch et temps réel.
  • Expérience en intégration et migration de systèmes bancaires.
