We are seeking a proactive and experienced
VT Operations Team Leader
to lead, mentor, and grow our operations team. This role requires a balance of operational expertise, process optimization, problem-solving, and people management to ensure excellence in service delivery.
The position is based on a 24/7 rotation schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Service & Problem Solving:

• Establish and monitor team and individual performance metrics, setting clear benchmarks for operational excellence.
• Act as a subject matter expert, addressing Sales and Customer Service concerns promptly while anticipating their needs for proactive resolution.
• Ensure a positive operational experience by identifying requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Sales and Operations, ensuring clear communication and efficient handling of operational issues.
• Make logical judgments and troubleshoot issues independently, escalating matters beyond operations scope when necessary.
• Work within and oversee a 24/7 rotation schedule, ensuring continuous coverage and support for operations.

Process & Change Management:

• Support the implementation of change initiatives and new processes, continuously optimizing workflows for better efficiency.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of serviced brands, including products, trading platforms, promotions, account opening procedures, and transaction processes.
• Provide insights to cross-functional teams, contributing to the development of new business initiatives.
• Use data analysis to identify recurring issues, propose actionable solutions, and lead implementation to prevent future occurrences.

Team & Talent Management:

• Foster a learning environment within the team, mentoring experienced members and supporting career development.
• Develop teamwork plans, schedules, and KPI assessment criteria.
• Oversee team performance, addressing daily management challenges effectively.
• Design and deliver training programs, provide constructive feedback, and conduct monthly one-on-one meetings to gather feedback and support individual needs.
• Create a talent pipeline by developing the team for future business growth and succession.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations within the financial services or fintech industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of trading platforms, account management processes, compliance, and operational workflows.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle challenges calmly and professionally.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive results.
• Willingness and flexibility to work in a 24/7 rotation schedule.
