About Us
Livano Agency helps e-commerce brands grow by building strong affiliate and influencer programs. We partner with hundreds of creators on TikTok and Instagram to drive authentic content and sales. We're looking for a
freelance Influencer Partnerships Manager
to support our team on a project basis and manage creator relationships end-to-end.
What You'll Do
- Set up and run influencer outreach campaigns (outreach, follow-ups, and communication through our software)
- Track samples, parcels, and CRM stages, ensuring the right messages go out at the right time
- Manage our creator community: invite accepted influencers into Discord, host weekly 1:1 touchpoints, post announcements, and run bi-weekly contests
- Track commissions and coordinate with finance for payouts
- Identify top-performing content and add it into the paid media engine to maximize results
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or community management
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in managing influencer relationships
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; comfortable with outreach and CRM tools
- Passion for social media, content trends, and influencer culture
- Able to work independently and deliver on deadlines
