Hexcel is currently seeking a
HR Advisor
for our
Casablanca, Morocco
location.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

• Provide expert HR advice and support to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with HR Manager to implement HR initiatives that align with business goals.
• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
• Coordinate with the third parties services as personnel transport and canteen
• Lead blue collars staffing, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Develop and implement training and development programs that address organizational needs and enhance employee skills.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, managing audits and reporting as necessary.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee engagement and
• Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures to foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and development, in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and tact.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English & French
