What To Expect
We are looking for talented Automotive Technicians for Tesla's Service Centers across Morocco. At Tesla, our Mechanics are the backbone of the Service operation, supporting our mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. What You'll Do- Service, repair and improve: Working with Tesla specific software and advanced tools you will be performing complex and technically sophisticated diagnosis, repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles, - Demonstrate excellence: Have expert knowledge in all Tesla vehicle subsystems and demonstrate proficiency in at least one system
- Ensure top quality: Fix it right first time, we trust you to inspect our vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery and to work with the highest quality standards and documentation.
- Collaborate: Working across teams (local and regional) you will be sharing support and best practices in order to further improve the service experience.
- Develop: Setting you up for success our dedicated in-house training teams will train you on Tesla specific technology and the repair of Electrical Vehicles.
- Lead, coach and support: Mentoring and developing more junior Service Technicians and lead by example, troubleshooting and dealing with complex escalations
What You'll Bring- Technically experienced: Having successfully completed, in full, at least one vehicle sub-system from the Tesla Versatility Chart and demonstrate a high competency in solving complex technical issues - Technically qualified: You have relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in Morocco (including HV certification). You will self-manage your technical expertise development
- A leader: You will have experience of leading, coaching or mentoring more junior Technicians in order to develop them
- A good communicator: You speak and write well in English, Arabic and local language and know how to get your point across clearly and respectfully
- Safe to drive: We require you to hold a full and valid driver's license (Class B for cars)
- Flexible: You may work in shifts to support your team, which may require flexible schedule. You are willing to travel, when needed, as well as to spend a training period abroad
- Eligible: you have the right to work in Morocco
