Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tangier for a
Senior DevOps Engineer.
The successful candidate will oversee and enhance the development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable system infrastructures. Daily tasks include building and managing infrastructure as code, automating workflows through continuous integration pipelines, supporting Linux environments, and collaborating with software development and operations teams. The Senior DevOps Engineer will also ensure system reliability and performance while implementing state-of-the-art DevOps practices.
Qualifications
- Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines
- Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code
- Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and availability
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting
- Apply security best practices and manage secrets
- Troubleshoot production and infrastructure issues
- Collaborate with backend, frontend, and data teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience
in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure roles - Strong knowledge of
Linux - Hands-on experience with
Docker
and containerized deployments - Experience with
CI/CD tools
(GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.) - Strong experience with at least one cloud provider (
AWS, GCP, or Azure
) - Experience with
Infrastructure as Code
(Terraform or equivalent) - Solid understanding of networking, security, and system architecture
- Experience supporting production systems
Nice to Have
- Kubernetes in production
- Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- DevSecOps practices
- Startup or scale-up experience
