Senior Project Engineer

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Tangier, Morocco

Opportunity

  • Leader
    de l'exécution du projet suivant les critères coût, qualité et délais
  • Élaborer
    les plannings, la liste des livrables du projet et les plans
    détaillés (objectifs techniques, spécifications, tests, estimations de
    coûts).
  • Valider la faisabilité technique des concepts et
    designs proposés.
  • Animer
    les revues de projet, de conception, analyses AMDEC, et proposer des
    solutions innovantes.
  • Intégrer les résultats des tests en laboratoire
    dans le processus NPD et apporter les corrections nécessaires.
  • Assurer la transition vers la production en
    collaboration avec les équipes projet (NPI, marketing, achats, qualité).
  • Fournir des recommandations créatives pour
    surmonter les défis techniques.

Collaboration internationale :

  • Travailler avec les équipes vitreous en Asie, Inde
    et Amérique du Nord pour partager les meilleures pratiques et outils de
    conception.
  • Co-développer des produits globaux répondant aux
    exigences de toutes les régions.
  • Collaborer avec les fournisseurs externes pour
    développer de nouveaux produits céramique.
  • Proposer des solutions techniques innovantes pour
    réduire le time-to-market et améliorer les processus.

Skills/Requirements

  • Diplôme d'ingénieur (Bac+5) ou Master en
    ingénierie, avec 8
    ans d'expérience en conception technique.
  • Expérience en conception de produits, idéalement
    dans le domaine des produits céramique.
  • Leadership
    en management projet et d'équipe transversale
  • Maîtrise des outils de conception (CAD, AMDEC,
    plans de tests).
  • Anglais technique et professionnel courant.
  • Bon relationnel, autonomie, rigueur et fiabilité.
