Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Web Assistant to support our team with digital operations. The selected candidate will help create and update online profiles for clients, assist in website setup, and provide daily operational support across different platforms.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and updating client websites
  • Set up and manage client accounts on online platforms (example: booking and listing platforms)
  • Maintain accurate client information and ensure all profiles are up to date
  • Provide operational support on digital tools and platforms
  • Communicate with clients and team members when needed
  • Support day-to-day administrative and technical tasks

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 months of experience in a digital, operations, or administrative role
  • Basic understanding of web tools and online platforms
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
