MyOutDesk is searching for a skilled and dynamic Accountant to join our exceptional team focused on supporting our International BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) operations. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards, and analyzing financial data to provide actionable insights.
As an integral part of our international team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients and internal departments, to streamline accounting processes and support operational efficiencies. Key Responsibilities Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Prepare and maintain financial statements, reconciliations, payroll, and reports
Analyze financial data and provide insights to enhance decision-making
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting regulations (IFRS/GAAP)
Collaborate with the finance team to support budgeting and forecasting efforts
Assist in preparing for audits, tax filings, and compliance documentation
Contribute to process improvements and the implementation of best practices in accounting
Requirements
University Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required (Master's preferred)
At least 3 years of accounting experience, especially in a BPO or international business setting
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or other relevant platforms)
Familiarity with international accounting standards and practices
Excellent analytical skills with a commitment to detail and accuracy
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to adapt to changing business needs
