Contexte du besoin
Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, John Cockerill Maroc recherche un CHEF DE PROJET (H/F)
Principales responsabilités
- Assurer un suivi efficace, de la signature à la clôture, des commandes fournisseurs afin de garantir la qualité, le budget et les délais de livraisons
- Traiter tous les aspects financiers des commandes suivies (avenants de commande, réception, approbation des factures et garanties bancaires, gestion des claims, etc.)
- Assurer le suivi administratif des commandes dans les outils utilisés (SAP, SP MAT, courbe de cash-flow, etc…
- Assurer le suivi documentaire
- Mise à jour des plannings et prendre les actions requises en cas de dérives
- Etablir / vérifier les documents d'expédition suivant les exigences du contrat et / ou du crédit documentaire
- Organiser les expéditions suivant les exigences du contrat, si applicable.
- Coordonner les actions des fonctions support (achat, expediting, trafic, qualité, construction, etc…
- Piloter, coordonner, et suivre la gestion des projets et des différents acteurs intervenants
Profil
- Vous êtes ingénieur avec une expérience significative de 5 ans minium sur un poste similaire
- Vous êtes capable d'analyser des données relatives à des projets et êtes expert dans la gestion/résolution des problèmes
- Vous êtes doté d'un sens aigu de la négociation et savez convaincre du bienfondé de vos arguments
- Vous êtes capable de travailler en équipe, dans le cadre d'une organisation matricielle et d'assumer les responsabilités de plusieurs projets en parallèle
- Vous possédez un sens aigu de l'organisation et du suivi administratif, financier et technique
- Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux(se), organisé(e), curieux(se), déterminé(e) avec une communication claire et pertinente étant toujours à l'écoute du client
- Vous maitrisez MS Office et les logiciels usuels pour la gestion de projets
- Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais sachant que la connaissance d'autres langues serait un atout
Le poste nécessite une mobilité régionale et nationale.
