Purpose of Role
:
As a Field Service Technician at Weir Minerals, you will deliver expert maintenance and service solutions for our customers, specialising in PD pumps and supporting our full product portfolio. This hands-on role involves on-site servicing, technical reporting, and building strong customer relationships to ensure Weir remains the preferred service provider. You will work in a dynamic environment where safety, innovation, and continuous improvement are key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and commissioning activities for Weir Minerals equipment, ensuring compliance with operational procedures.
  • Service PD pumps on-site and provide detailed reports in English on pump conditions and activities.
  • Support rebuild and assembly of Weir product portfolios in our service centre.
  • Build strong customer relationships and implement strategies to combat replicator threats.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education And Qualifications

  • Graduation from Vocational School of Technical Sciences.
  • Additional training in hydraulics and electronics.
  • Experience in maintenance and commissioning work.
  • Intermediate level of spoken and written English; driving licence required.

Must be permanently authorised to work in Morocco without sponsorship.
