Look no further…Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy is the place for youWe are looking for Resources Planner to join our service onshore team who will be responsible for the planification of the activity locally based to ensure customer satisfaction, processes and organization implementation, project profitability insuring a high level of safety, quality and productivity under SGRE standards and the company targets.This is an opportunity to be a part of a growing team within a dynamic business, delivering innovation to the renewable energy.Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:Strategic Activity Planning, 30 days to >1 yearPlanning of Scheduled Activities (blade inspections, oil changes, safety, equipment inspections, MDs, CTs, SETs, etc.). Phasing of activityLoad and Capacity Planning (used for commercial forecast also)Planning MeetingsManagement and control of Work Orders (WO) (Completing/closing SO, Notification management - rejected jobs, amending hours/correcting hours..…)Raising Notifications/Service Orders for Daily Jobs (Inc. Z1 MORS Notifications)Implementing preventive maintenance activitiesImplement scheduled and unscheduled corrective maintenance activities based on activity planningCarry out regular site safety checksWeekly planning of pending tasksSite Planner and key user in SAP to plan operational activities including:Create Task Lists and Maintenance Plans in SAP and monitor created Service OrderHandle and check different types of Service orders created within SAPRetrofits: Plan and provide manpower, tools and spares for retrofit campaign - create and handle Service Order in SAPStatutory inspections: Plan and task teams to inspect Lifts, Cranes and any other Statutory inspections in accordance with ContractManage MRS (Multiple Resource Schedule): plan tasks within MRS module of SAP - Assign Service orders to the technicians and build respective teamCreation of Transfer-Lists: Build teams, dispatch technicians to WTG strategically, manage permit to work, execute customer specific tasks in SAP as deemed applicableFSM issue resolutionPlanning for major component replacements or campaign style corrective work- Planner, PM, PMO, WM (Specific Function for Large Corrective Planner)Manage project reporting and facilitate team and customer meetingsSupport SOM on customer requests in term of reporting, communication of planning and meeting coordinationProject deliverySite planning (Preventive, Corrective…)Load and capacity planning for short term planningAdministers the periodic and preventative maintenance schedules at a Site and plans the respective activities and resources needed at site levelOrganize, implement and maintain schedule management system for operationsTracking and control of the degree of fulfillment of the planning of scheduled activities for short term planningEnforce a focus on safe workInternal/external resource availability planning in coordination with RM&PSupporting to SOM to provide transparency to project team via agreed reporting and meetingsBudget, schedule and qualityConducts regular briefingSeeks resource and cost optimization.
