Missions principales :

  • Participer à l'élaboration ou à la mise à jour des analyses fonctionnelles et organiques des systèmes automatisés
  • Programmer, modifier et optimiser les automates programmables industriels (API) sur différentes plateformes (Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell, etc.)
  • Concevoir et paramétrer les interfaces homme-machine (IHM) et systèmes de supervision (WinCC, Intouch, etc.)
  • Assurer la mise en service et la validation des installations automatisées (tests, essais, FAT/SAT)
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les pannes complexes sur les systèmes automatisés en production
  • Participer activement aux projets d'amélioration continue et à la standardisation des architectures automatisées
  • Assurer la veille technique et le respect des normes de sécurité (CE, SIL, PL)

Compétences techniques attendues :

  • Parfaite maîtrise des automates industriels : Siemens S7 / TIA Portal, Schneider (Ecostruxure, Unity Pro), Rockwell, etc.
  • Connaissance approfondie des langages normalisés IEC : Ladder (LD), Structured Text (ST), FBD…
  • Expérience en développement ou modification de supervision / SCADA
  • Maîtrise des réseaux de communication industrielle : Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, etc.
  • Bonnes compétences en électricité industrielle et en lecture de schémas électriques
  • Capacité à piloter ou à contribuer techniquement à un projet d'automatisme (du cahier des charges à la mise en service)

Savoir-être et aptitudes personnelles :

  • Esprit d'analyse, logique et méthode
  • Autonomie, sens des responsabilités
  • Capacité à travailler en mode projet et en équipe pluridisciplinaire
  • Bon relationnel, aisance à communiquer avec des profils techniques ou non techniques
  • Réactivité, rigueur et sens de l'anticipation dans la gestion des aléas
  • Volonté de s'impliquer dans l'amélioration des processus techniques

Idéalement diplômé en systèmes automatisés.

Idéalement une experience considérable en agro-alimentaire, pharmaceutique ou chimique.
