About the Role:We are looking for a sales force automation specialist to join our team and turn numbers into meaningful insights. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating, monitoring, and data tracking, all while collaborating closely with sales and IT teams. If you're detail-oriented, have experience in analytics within international companies—especially in FMCG or distributors —this could be the perfect next step in your career.
Main Responsibilities:- Support salesmen & Merchandisers to use properly the tool
- Play the facilitator role between users & technical team ( track tickets via Solution Manager)
- Build internal knowledge-based documentation and manuals
- Gather client requirements and understand the specific roadblocks and problems preventing system to work properly
- Monitor on daily basis sales automation tools utilization
- Be the first contact of sales team in all sales automation tools issues
- Conduct various training sessions for the field to improve their sales automation tools capability and help improve their productivity through the tools.
- Daily tracking of sales automation tools operations
- Insert & Monitor promotions, customer master data, routings
- Prepare devices for sales automation tools new users
- Good knowledge on sales automation tools & sales processes
- Ability to work as part of a team, build strong relationships, solve problems, improve processes, analyze trends, and identify efficiencies
- 2 years' Experience using PDA/HHT for FMCG industry ( preferably with a distributor)
- Good English communication skills
- Bac+3 as minimum academic level
