Primary Function:

The mission of the Videographer & Content Creator is to produce high-quality, engaging visual content that elevates the company's brand presence across digital platforms. This role combines videography, photo editing, and user-generated content (UGC) creation to tell compelling brand stories, showcase products, and connect authentically with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Production & Editing

· Plan, shoot, and edit professional-quality videos for social media, website, email campaigns, and ads.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop storyboards, scripts, and visual concepts aligned with campaign goals.

· Ensure all videos follow brand guidelines, maintain consistency, and meet deadlines.

1. Photo Capture & Editing

· Capture high-quality product and lifestyle photos for e-commerce, social media, and promotional materials.

· Edit photos to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic, ensuring correct lighting, color grading, and resolution.

· Manage digital asset organization and archiving for easy access and re-use.

1. UGC Creation & Curation

· Develop engaging, authentic user-generated-style content that resonates with target customers (unboxings, testimonials, behind-the-scenes clips).

· Work with influencers, customers, and brand ambassadors to curate UGC that strengthens trust and social proof.

· Adapt UGC for multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).

1. Brand Consistency & Storytelling

· Ensure all content reflects the company's tone, style, and values.

· Create visually compelling narratives that drive engagement and conversion.

· Stay updated with social media trends, video formats, and emerging content strategies.

1. Collaboration & Project Management

· Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align content with campaigns.

· Manage timelines and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

· Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and contribute to campaign ideation.

Qualifications:

1. Education:

· Bachelor's degree in Film, Multimedia Arts, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

1. Experience:

· 2+ years of experience in videography, photography, or multimedia content creation.

· Proven portfolio of video and photo work, preferably in marketing, social media, or brand storytelling.

1. Technical Skills:

· Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).

· Strong knowledge of photo editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).

· Familiarity with motion graphics tools (After Effects, Canva, or similar) is a plus.

· Understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook) and their content requirements.

· Ability to operate cameras, lighting equipment, and audio gear.

1. Creative Skills:

· Strong eye for composition, color grading, and visual storytelling.

· Ability to produce engaging user-generated content (UGC) that feels authentic and relatable.

· Strong understanding of current digital trends, short-form video culture, and viral content strategies.

1. Soft Skills:

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

· Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

· Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in suggesting creative ideas.

· Self-motivated, with a passion for creating content that resonates with audiences.

1. Other Requirements:

· Willingness to work flexible hours for shoots, events, or campaign deadlines.

· Basic knowledge of SEO and social media analytics is a plus.
