Strategy & Operations role is designed for young professionals who want to make a mark in the game industry. You will be part of the versatile players in the team that handles dynamic projects to address long-term objectives for our projects and unlock growth opportunities across multiple regions. You will gain a holistic view of how our games are operated, marketed, and scaled to millions of players in a global digital entertainment company.

Job Description

  • Drive high-impact projects across various game teams and functions such as game operations, game design, marketing, strategy, and more
  • Own end-to-end responsibilities from day one, with the autonomy to shape projects and deliver meaningful impact
    Collaborate with experienced teams and leaders to solve complex, real-world problems in a fast-paced environment

Job Requirements

  • Minimum a Master's degree in a business-related or engineering field from top reputable universities will be advantageous
  • Fresh graduate up to 3 years of working experience, having prior internship or working experience in a strategy consulting firm or other business strategy related functions would be highly preferred
  • Highly motivated and driven individuals who are creative, adaptable, and enjoy solving challenging problems in the game industry who have strong records of academic and professional achievement
  • Possess strong logical, analytical, and critical thinking abilities in identifying problems and coming up with effective solutions.
  • Strong project management skill with a proven track record of successful project deliveries
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Arabic, French, and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in MENA region; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practices
