The Vision
Our project is an open digital ecosystem, where collaboration is defined by autonomy and collective authorship. Freedom is the foundation of every process. No hierarchies. No patronage. No control over creativity.
The goal of these roles is to correct the side effects of classical HR: replacing control with trust, competition with contribution, and rigid structures with self-organizing human systems. Every interaction, forum, and contribution should enhance human experience and foster engagement at scale.
Roles Available
We are seeking five remote contributors to shape the human systems of our project:
- Head of Human Systems (Freedom Architect): Define principles of open collaboration and autonomy for all members.
- Digital HR Assistant: Support the flow of communication and engagement across contributors and users, ensuring freedom is preserved.
- Community Architect: Design social dynamics that allow forums and groups to self-organize, evolve, and remain inclusive.
- Engagement Designer: Build frameworks that transform participation into shared creation and meaningful experience.
- Culture Curator: Safeguard the ethics, tone, and emotional quality of the platform's digital environment.
Your Mission
- Design and maintain systems that balance freedom with functional organization.
- Reinvent user engagement through transparency, empathy, and co-creation.
- Build open contribution models without filters, patronage, or hierarchical controls.
- Oversee communities, contributors, and forums as living, self-evolving systems.
- Anticipate and mitigate residual effects of old HR methods: control, disengagement, and stagnation.
