Your Role as a Project Launch Manager
- Guarantee industrial objectives, validate production capacities, and secure project resources.
- Ensure quality standards, monitor non-quality costs, and lead Project QRQC.
- Manage key milestones (Run at Rate, FDPR, PPAP) and drive customer process validation.
- Oversee on-time delivery, ramp-up phases, and local component acceptance.
- Lead the project team, setting objectives, validating activities, and conducting performance appraisals.
- Manage the project budget and control all allocated site resources.
- Report progress to steering committees (PSC/PMC) and propose scenarios to reach milestones.
- Participate in all design, process, and quality reviews starting from the REQF milestone.
- Lead operational project launches, manage the site budget, and report process progress to steering committees (PSC & PMC).
- Functionally manage the project team, setting objectives, conducting appraisals, and fostering professional development.
- Act as the local interface between the development center and the client, while participating in all key design and process reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company values, ethics, and safety standards, guaranteeing adherence to internal methodologies (CLEAN).
What we are looking for
- Engineer degree or Bac+5 in industrial management.
- More than 4 years of experience, with at least 2 years in project management.
- Fluent in English.
- Communication skills over the roof.
