Quality System Leader

General Mission/Purpose:
- Lead quality activities and reporting
- Work on quality alignement of xF and xP brands
- Implement change management for quality and ensure customer centricity project implementation
Main Activities:
- Damages prevention and corrective actions to improve the quality of deliverd cars to the final customer
- Managment of Force Majeur events
- Updates of existing and new standards elaboration
- Downgraded and Wrecked cars management
- Warranty process monitoring and damages final assignement
COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Master degree in Quality or related field
- Work Experience: At least 4 years as a quality leader
- Language: English mandatory, French, Arabic are a plus
- Preferred Skills & Abilities: Engineering Transport, Logistics, Quality Standards for Ooutbound Logistics
KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
- Purchasing, New Vehicle Launches, Finance, Operations, Factories, Global Transport and Packaging, Flow Architectures, Claims, Regions
