Consultant CRM KRAKEN
(H/F).

Vous serez en charge de :


• Accompagner et former les utilisateurs internes et externes à l'utilisation de KRAKEN.


• Assurer le support et la résolution des problématiques liées à l'utilisation de KRAKEN.


• Assurer la coordination avec les équipes techniques en cas d'anomalies ou d'évolutions.


• Paramétrer et configurer KRAKEN selon les spécificités des clients.


• Effectuer le suivi et la mesure de la satisfaction client concernant KRAKEN.

Profil recherché :


• Formation Bac+5 en informatique, systèmes d'information, gestion ou équivalent.


• Expérience confirmée en accompagnement utilisateurs et support KRAKEN CRM.


• Excellente maîtrise fonctionnelle de la solution CRM KRAKEN et une capacité à comprendre et à traduire les besoins métiers en solutions CRM.


• Bonnes capacités d'analyse, de communication et de pédagogie.


• Excellente maîtrise du français et bonne maîtrise de l'anglais.
