Contexte du recrutement et définition de posteRattaché(e) à la Direction Coverage Institutionnel, votre mission consiste à gérer et à développer les flux et relations avec les Correspondants Bancaires, les Banques Multilatérales, et autres partenaires institutionnels de CIH Bank.
Vous vous chargerez, entre autres, de :
- Établir, gérer et promouvoir des relations commerciales avec les correspondants bancaires étrangers, les banques commerciales locales, les institutions financières non bancaires et les institutions financières de développement et dans l'ensemble des marchés présentant un intérêt pour la Banque et sa clientèle ;
- Assurer le développement des relations et servir d'interlocuteur privilégié pour toutes les initiatives et nouveaux partenariats impliquant les correspondants bancaires de CIH Bank
- Contribuer aux actions d'onboarding et renouvellement des KYC (Entrée en relation, complétude de la due diligence globale (financière & compliance) ;
- Assurer un soutien aux correspondants bancaires et aux différentes entités de CIH Bank dans toutes leurs opérations qui nécessitent du conseil ou accompagnement ;
- Négocier des lignes de crédit avec les institutions financières étrangères ;
- Assurer la veille technologique et concurrentielle ;
- Suivre les indicateurs de performance, quantitatifs et qualitatifs, liés à l'activité
- Assurer la veille technologique et concurrentielle, concernant les offres de produits et services FI ;
- Titulaire d'un BAC+5 en Finance, Management d'une école de commerce
- Une première expérience dans un poste similaire de Relationship Management / Correspondent Banking au sein d'une banque
- Bonne maitrise du pack Ms Office
- Une maitrise confirmée de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral, est requise pour cette fonction.
- La maitrise de toute autre langue étrangère est souhaitable
