Missions principales du poste :
- La définition des orientations stratégiques unifiées et leur déclinaison au niveau Groupe ;
- Le développement et le pilotage de l'activité Correspondent Banking au sein des entités extérieures ;
- Le renforcement des synergies intra-groupe ;
- Le suivi de l'alignement des actions à l'orientation initiale : suivi des portefeuilles des correspondants, des flux opérationnels et des réalisations des entités extérieures ;
- La participation aux échanges avec les correspondants en veillant à avoir une seule voix de négociation avec les grandes institutions financières internationales ;
- La supervision globale du réseau des correspondants ;
- La définition des instructions de routage ;
- L'accompagnement et le partage d'expertise auprès des entités dans toute la chaine de valeur ;
- La supervision globale des clients FI via la mise en place d'une gouvernance et des Reportings intra-groupe.
