We are committed to delivering high-quality, reliable services to government clients, and we are looking for an Operations Associate/Sourcer to help expand our network of trusted subcontractors and partners to support upcoming projects.

Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operations Associate/Sourcer
to join The Nascence Group. This individual will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and establishing relationships with subcontractors and partners who can support our various government contracts in areas such as facilities maintenance, cybersecurity, staffing, and more. You will work closely with our business development and proposal teams to ensure we have the right partners for each contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential subcontractors and partners across various service areas (Janitorial, Grounds Maintenance, Facilities Maintenance, IT & Cybersecurity).
  • Assess the qualifications, certifications, and capabilities of potential partners to ensure compliance with government contract requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and industry partners.
  • Assist the proposal team in identifying the right subcontractors for inclusion in government contract proposals.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with subcontractors and partners to ensure alignment with government regulations and compliance standards.
  • Monitor the performance of subcontractors and partners throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure that all subcontractor and partner relationships align with The Nascence Group's strategic goals and operational requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sourcing, or subcontractor management in government contracting is
    preferred
    .
  • Strong research, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
