Entreprise spécialisée dans la création et la vente de gobelets personnalisés via des plateformes e-commerce, avec des outils de devis et de calcul en ligne, recherche un(e) Commercial(e) Inside Sales B2B pour développer ses ventes sur le marché international.
Le poste est orienté B2B, principalement sur des commandes à volume moyen liées à l'événementiel et aux professionnels.
Missions principales
Gestion commerciale B2B
Traitement des demandes de devis B2B
Gestion des commandes de plus de 500 pièces
Suivi des clients de la demande initiale jusqu'à la transformation en commande
Réalisation des relances commerciales
Transformation des devis en ventes
Optimisation du taux de conversion
Émission quotidienne de 40 à 50 appels commerciaux
Développement commercial
Prospection de nouveaux clients B2B à l'international
Traitement et qualification des leads entrants et sortants
Recherche active d'opportunités commerciales
Développement d'un portefeuille clients professionnels
Relation client
Accompagnement et conseil client à distance
Suivi personnalisé des projets
Fidélisation de la clientèle professionnelle
Autres missions
Compréhension et création de visuels simples (logos, textes, placements)
Interface avec les clients pour les ajustements basiques de personnalisation

Profil recherché
Expérience en vente B2B (idéalement événementiel, objets personnalisés ou e-commerce)
Bonne maîtrise du cycle de vente (devis → relance → conversion)
À l'aise avec les outils digitaux et plateformes e-commerce
Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément
Autonomie, organisation et rigueur
Excellent relationnel et sens commercial
À l'aise avec la vente par téléphone et les objectifs d'appels quotidiens
Langues
Français courant obligatoire (oral et écrit)
Anglais professionnel requis (échanges clients internationaux)
Compétences techniques :
