Hexcel is currently seeking an
HR Specialist
for our
Casablanca, Morocco
location.
The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:
- Preparing contracts of new hires, and update personnel data in Workday & Protime
- Process of recorded hours, overtime, absence, holidays
- Prepare employee work papers on time, dispatch of pay slips, and maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
- Leading induction and exit process for employees
- Collect and prepare the data for processing payroll and all the attached reports
- Coordinate with the employee's transportation company & canteen provider, and manage employees claims
- Conduct & follow up of disciplinary actions
- Manage skills & training matrixes and archive training records
Qualifications:
- HR degree from: ENCG, ISCAE, HEM, or similar
- Experience of 2 years in automotive or aerospace industries is mandatory
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Language: French- Fluent, English- Fluent
