We are seeking a highly motivated and fluent English Marketing Specialist to join our remote team. This role is perfect for a creative and strategic individual who excels at crafting compelling content, engaging with an international audience on social media, and providing outstanding customer support with a sales-oriented mindset. You will be the voice of our brand for our English-speaking market.

This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere. We also offer flexible shift scheduling to promote a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Writing: Research, write, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging marketing content including blog articles, social media posts, email newsletters, and product descriptions.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence on key overseas social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok). Develop and execute strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
  • Customer Engagement: Monitor and promptly respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across all digital channels (social media, email, website chat).
  • Sales & Lead Support: Utilize your sales awareness to identify potential leads from customer interactions, answer product-related questions knowledgeably, and guide customers through their journey, providing a seamless transition from marketing to sales.
  • Community Management: Foster a positive and active online community around our brand. Address both positive and negative feedback in a professional and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Performance Tracking: Assist in monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media metrics to gauge effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Native or Fluent English Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are non-negotiable.
  • Call Center / Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a solid understanding of call center environments, etiquette, and best practices for handling customer queries efficiently.
  • Strong Sales Acumen: A natural ability to identify opportunities, persuade, and support the sales process through customer interactions.
  • Digital Marketing Skills: Experience with social media management and content writing for a brand. A keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • Remote Work Discipline: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fully remote setting. Must be self-motivated, reliable, and have a dedicated home office setup.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work an 8-hour shift that may align with international time zones. Specific shifts are open for discussion.
