Nous recherchons un(e)
Content & Marketing Specialist
junior, créatif(ve) et rigoureux(se), pour renforcer notre présence en ligne à travers des contenus à forte valeur ajoutée et des actions marketing ciblées. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement de notre image de marque et de notre visibilité, tout en contribuant activement à notre stratégie de communication employeur.


Vos missions :

  • Créer du contenu pertinent et engageant (articles de blog, posts LinkedIn, vidéos, podcasts, etc.) en accord avec notre ton de marque et nos cibles ;
  • Participer à la définition et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de content marketing et de communication web ;
  • Valoriser notre marque employeur à travers des récits authentiques sur notre entreprise, notre culture et nos talents ;
  • Animer et développer notre présence sur les réseaux sociaux et les plateformes professionnelles ;
  • Interagir avec notre communauté en ligne pour renforcer l'engagement ;
  • Identifier des opportunités de partenariats pour accroître notre visibilité ;
  • Suivre et analyser les performances (KPI) afin d'ajuster les actions marketing.


Profil recherché :

  • 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en communication digitale, marketing de contenu ou poste similaire ;
  • Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles en français et en anglais ;
  • Bonne maîtrise des techniques de SEO, des outils de création de contenu (y compris IA), et des plateformes d'analyse marketing ;
  • Créatif(ve), organisé(e), autonome, avec une bonne capacité à gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle ;
  • Connaissance des bonnes pratiques en marketing digital et en communication RH/marque employeur.
