Description du poste

RIBATIS , Opérateur de la transformation digitale dans le domaine du #eGOV, cherche à #Recruter un un #CHARGE des #FINANCES & #CONTROLE de #GESTION :

  • Missions :
  • Élaborer le budget prévisionnel de l'entreprise ;
  • Opérer le suivi régulier des résultats de l'entreprise ;
  • Superviser le travail du fiduciaire en charge de la tenue comptable et valide les travaux comptables que ce dernier effectue ;
  • Contrôler la mise en application des processus support et proposer les améliorations de nature à optimiser le fonctionnement de l'entreprise ;
  • Conseiller et donner des solutions d'optimisation de gestion financière et opérationnelle à la direction générale ;
  • Superviser les actions de déclarations fiscales ;
  • Se renseigner sur la réglementation et procédures financières impactant l'entreprise ;
  • Anticiper les risques financiers auxquels l'entreprise pourrait être confrontés ;
  • Participer à la définition des objectifs stratégiques et opérationnels de l'entreprise ;
  • Administrer les outils de gestion intégrée des finances (Zoho Books) et analyse de données (Zoho Analytics) ;
  • Construire les principaux états financiers sur 3 ou 5 ans en projetant les résultats actuels de l'entreprise, les estimations de l'année en cours et les objectifs stratégiques définis par la direction générale ;
  • Coordonner l'ensemble des travaux liés à la production des reportings ;
  • Veiller à la cohérence et l'intégrité des données financière et données de gestion ;
  • Définir avec les entités concernées les règles de gestion pour l'évaluation des indicateurs de performance ;
  • Analyser les indicateurs de performance et fournir les explications de leurs évolutions ;
  • Diffuser les tableaux de bord nécessaires pour le pilotage ;
  • Assister les différentes fonctions pour la confection de leurs tableaux de bord ;
  • Mettre en place, exploiter, améliorer et optimiser les outils décisionnels en collaboration avec les fonctions opérationnelles.

Profil

  • Formation initiale : BAC+5, Spécialité Finance & Contrôle de gestion

  • Expérience : Au moins une année probante dans un poste équivalent
