Description du poste
Nous recherchons un.e Employé en marketing pour renforcer notre équipe. Dans ce poste à temps plein, vous serez responsable de la mise en œuvre de stratégies marketing, de la réalisation d'études de marché et de l'amélioration de l'expérience client. Vos tâches quotidiennes incluront la gestion des campagnes marketing, la communication avec les clients et la coordination avec l'équipe de vente. Ce poste est hybride, basé à Casablanca, avec la possibilité de travailler à distance.
Qualifications
- Compétences en Communication : Excellente maîtrise des techniques de communication.
- Compétences en Market Research : Capacité à effectuer des études de marché pour comprendre les besoins des clients.
- Compétences en Sales : Expérience en ventes et en génération de leads.
- Compétences en Marketing Strategy : Aptitude à développer et à mettre en œuvre des stratégies marketing efficaces.
- Compétences en Customer Service : Sens du service client et capacité à résoudre des problèmes rapidement.
- Expérience appréciée avec les outils de marketing digital, ainsi que des compétences analytiques pour mesurer l'efficacité des campagnes.
