We're looking for a driven and commercially minded Key Account Manager to join our e-commerce team and lead the growth of key accounts across multiple categories. In this role, you will build strong, long-term partnerships with strategic clients, drive sales performance, and develop category-focused initiatives that strengthen our assortment, visibility, and customer experience. You'll combine relationship management with data-driven decision-making to deliver sustainable growth and elevate category performance across our platform.

What you will be doing

  • Manage and grow key accounts across multiple categories, ensuring strong performance and long-term partnerships.
  • Build and maintain trusted, long-lasting relationships with strategic clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Define and execute category-specific commercial strategies to drive sales, profitability, and market share.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to design and deliver targeted campaigns, promotions, and commercial initiatives.
  • Leverage sales data and market insights to identify growth opportunities, improve performance, and optimize the category roadmap.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key account KPIs, including sales results, stock/inventory levels, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead negotiations and close agreements with key accounts, securing win-win outcomes and sustainable terms.
  • Ensure a high-quality client experience by proactively resolving issues and supporting partners in a timely, solution-oriented manner.
  • Stay informed on category trends, competitor moves, and evolving consumer behaviour to inform strategy and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Operations, Logistics) to ensure smooth execution and reliable fulfilment.

What we are looking for

  • Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese (mandatory).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in a commercial or account management role, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
  • Strong category knowledge, including product understanding and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth plans.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and other sales/account management platforms.
  • Solid analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented, with a strong ownership mentality.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
