The Profile We're Looking For (Our Requirements):

We are seeking professionals who share our commitment to excellence. To guarantee the quality of our courses, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Academic Background (Essential):
    You hold a Bachelor's (or Master's) degree in
    English Language and Literature, TEFL/TESOL, Education
    , or an equivalent field.
  • Pedagogical Experience (Mandatory):
    You have significant and combined experience in:
  • Teaching
    English as a Foreign Language (EFL/ESL)

  • Leading
    online classes

  • Digital Proficiency:
    Online teaching holds no secrets for you. You have an excellent command of video conferencing tools (Google Meet) and virtual classroom management techniques.
  • Technical Prerequisites:
    You have a reliable computer, a high-speed internet connection (Fiber optic), and a quiet work environment.
