Executive Assistant in the School of Biological Sciences
(Ref.: to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years' work experience, preferably in tertiary institution(s). They should have an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua), a strong sense of responsibility, good time management, communication and problem-solving skills, as well as IT proficiency. Applicants should also be good team players, attentive to details, and able to work independently with enthusiasm.
The appointee will perform a wide range of duties related to the administration of taught postgraduate programmes, including admission, examination, timetabling, financial matters, course management and other student matters. He/She will also be required to liaise with faculties and course instructors, and perform any other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
