Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Rabat. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing company policies, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role includes monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, assisting in the development of business strategies, and handling administrative tasks. The Assistant Manager will also ensure compliance with company standards and maintain effective communication with the team and upper management.
Qualifications
- Experience in team management and leadership
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in performance analysis and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to implement company policies and procedures
- Experience in customer service and satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Experience in the industry is a plus
