About the location:

About the role:
Four Seasons Marrakech and Casablanca are looking for a Reservations Manager
What you will do
Supervise and coordinate the reservations team to ensure efficient and accurate handling of room bookings.
Manage reservation systems (PMS and CRS) to maintain accurate availability and rates.
Monitor daily reservations, cancellations, and no-shows; proactively adjust strategies to optimize occupancy.
Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations for reservation agents to maintain high service standards.
Collaborate closely with revenue management, sales, and front office teams to align booking goals with overall hotel strategy.
Generate and analyze reservation reports to identify trends and opportunities for improving booking performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data privacy standards.
What you bring
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management , Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel reservations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of reservation systems (Opera).
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
