POSTE :

  • Rôle: Expert Retail & Encaissement spécialisé SCO/POS (Self-Checkout / Point of Sale)

  • Mission : Assurer le support technique et fonctionnel pour les solutions d'encaissement (SCO/POS) auprès de nos clients

  • Objectif : Garantir la performance et la disponibilité des systèmes d'encaissement pour nos clients Retail, en apportant un support proactif et des solutions efficaces.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience obligatoire: Vous avez déjà travaillé dans un environnement Retail/Encaissement client avec des systèmes SCO/POS.

  • Compétences :

  • *Bonnes bases en Retail/Encaissement* : Connaissance des processus d'encaissement et des solutions de paiement.

  • *Expérience SCO/POS* : Maîtrise des environnements Self-Checkout et Point of Sale.

  • *Capacité d'analyse* : Diagnostiquer les problèmes, commander les pièces détachées nécessaires et définir des plans d'action pour les techniciens.

  • *Communication technique* : Capacité à expliquer oralement les problématiques techniques et fonctionnelles liées à l'encaissement pour assister les techniciens.

  • *Savoir-faire* :

  • Support technique et dépannage sur systèmes SCO/POS.

  • Analyse des incidents et mise en place de solutions.

  • Collaboration avec les équipes techniques pour résoudre les problèmes clients.

Vos Missions :

  • Diagnostiquer les problèmes techniques sur les systèmes SCO/POS.

  • Commander les pièces détachées nécessaires pour les interventions.

  • Définir des plans d'action pour les techniciens terrain.

  • Assister oralement les techniciens sur les problématiques d'encaissement.

  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus de support Retail.

  • Garantir la satisfaction client par un support réactif et efficace.

Exigences
