We're looking for an experienced IT Systems Engineer to join a corporate IT team supporting production environments, field requests and internal operations. This is a hands-on role that blends infrastructure, endpoint management, Windows server administration, and automation — ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and working cross-functionally.

What you'll do

  • Support and maintain servers, workstations and network devices in a production environment.
  • Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN and related networking topics.
  • Manage endpoint deployment and centralized device imaging/management.
  • Troubleshoot Windows client and Windows Server issues, including services and access/communication problems.
  • Respond to IT ticket requests and collaborate with senior support staff on projects.
  • Automate routine tasks using scripting and help scale support processes.

Must-have / Minimum

  • 5+ years' experience in IT infrastructure and networking.
  • Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN concepts, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS and VPNs.
  • Experience in endpoint deployment and centralized imaging/management.
  • Solid Windows troubleshooting and Windows Server experience.
  • Proven ability to work independently and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong documentation, planning and prioritization skills.
  • Fluent in English; French is required (Arabic is a plus).

Nice-to-have (preferred)

  • PowerShell scripting and automation experience (3+ years desirable).
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems (minimum ~3 years).
  • Microsoft 365 / Teams / Exchange Online admin experience.
  • Azure (Entra ID) / Intune / Azure ATP / Azure CAS familiarity.
  • Security & compliance, REST API knowledge, and basic data management understanding.
