About the Role

As an IT Planning & Governance Engineer, you will play a key role in aligning the company's IT initiatives with its overall business strategy.

You will participate in IT strategic planning, governance, cost management, and infrastructure analysis while supporting the continuous improvement of systems and security.

Main Responsibilities

  • Participate in defining and implementing the short- and long-term IT strategy (ISP – Information Strategy Planning).
  • Analyze IT investments, costs, and budgets to ensure efficiency and alignment with business priorities.
  • Contribute to IT governance by defining software/hardware standards and improving operational processes.
  • Support the design, analysis, and optimization of IT systems and infrastructures.
  • Participate in IT security initiatives and monitor cybersecurity trends.
  • Collaborate on IT projects (PMO) and ensure milestones and quality standards are achieved.

Profile Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience
    in IT planning, infrastructure, project management, or governance roles.
  • Solid understanding of IT systems, networks, and information security.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Fluent in English (French is an asset).
