Field Service Technician
based in
Morocco
, who will support installation, commissioning and maintenance activities in the region.

Position summary

We are looking for a
Field Service Technician
to join a leading industrial company in technological machinery design and manufacturing.

The selected person will be responsible for
installation, start-up, maintenance and technical support
of Multiscan equipment at customer sites, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Main responsibilities

  • Install, adjust and commission equipment at customer sites in
    Morocco and other North African countries
    .
  • Diagnose and solve
    mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software issues
    on-site.
  • Perform
    preventive and corrective maintenance
    on existing installations.
  • Provide
    basic user training
    to customers on operation and maintenance.
  • Coordinate closely with the
    Operations, Field Service, and Scheduling departments
    at headquarters in Spain for intervention planning.
  • Report technical feedback and improvement suggestions to the central technical team.

Requirements

  • Technical degree or vocational training in
    Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or similar
    .
  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in installation, maintenance, or field service of
    industrial machinery
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, and schematic interpretation
    .
  • Fluent in English
    (mandatory for communication with headquarters).
  • Arabic and/or French
    (mandatory for communication with customers in the region).
  • Spanish
    will be a strong plus.
  • Experience using diagnostic tools, Microsoft Office, and preferably ERP systems (
    SAP, Dynamics, or similar
    ).
  • Willingness to travel frequently
    throughout Morocco and North Africa.
