You will
- Take care of requests from customers and teams in the rooms and common area and monitor interventions
- Keep in a good operational state all telecom and low power installations in the Resort
- Diagnose recurrent dysfunctions and ask for material resources in order to correct the defects.
- Establish a breakdown diagnostic of the technical team and process to the immediate repair or call the company in charge of the maintenance contract and follow up their intervention.
- Facilitate the setup of new digital projects in Resort together with the existing team.
- Establish and keep all structuring documents for facility management up to date.
- Apply and respect the health and safety rules of Club Med and maintain the assets.
- Perform tasks in areas of high voltage in accordance with acquired authorizations
