About the Role
We are a highly-rated, modern language education center committed to providing high-quality English language training. We specialize in courses for adult professionals and ambitious teens, focusing on high-stakes exams (like IELTS and TOEFL) and career advancement skills. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Graphic Design Intern to join our Marketing team and drive visual excellence across all our digital channels.
This is a dynamic, hands-on opportunity perfect for a student or recent graduate looking to build a professional portfolio centered on high-performance social media content.
Key Responsibilities
As our Social Media-Focused Graphic Design Intern, you will be the visual force behind our digital outreach. Your primary focus will be on social media performance and brand consistency:
- High-Volume Social Content: Design and produce daily, engaging visuals for platforms like Instagram (Feed Posts, Stories, Quizzes, Polls) and LinkedIn (Professional Carousels, Thought Leadership Graphics).
- Video Graphics: Develop branded visual assets and precise text overlays for our short-form video content (e.g., educational Reels), ensuring a modern, high-quality, and easy-to-read aesthetic.
- Campaign Visuals: Create cohesive visual themes and assets for major campaigns, including our Black Friday promotions and new academic course launches, focusing on clear and compelling Calls-to-Action (CTAs).
- Academic Visuals: Translate complex educational and academic concepts (e.g., exam tips, CEFR level descriptors, grammar rules) into simple, informative, and highly shareable graphics.
- Brand Consistency: Assist in maintaining and evolving the overall visual identity and branding across all digital and print marketing materials.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Portfolio is Essential: A strong, modern portfolio demonstrating creative design skills with a specific focus on social media graphics and digital advertising assets.
- Technical Proficiency (Required): High proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or professional-level proficiency in Canva Pro.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow a structured content calendar, meet tight deadlines, and adhere strictly to established brand guidelines.
- Language Awareness: Good command of English and [Mention your local operational language, e.g., French/Arabic] to accurately manage all visual text content.
- Soft Skills: A self-starter who is proactive, receptive to constructive feedback, and passionate about the education sector.
