1) Media Buyer

Role Overview

The Media Buyer will be responsible for launching, managing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google.
  • Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPM, ROAS, CPA).
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements.
  • Manage advertising assets (profiles, BMs, ad accounts, pages, business centers).
  • Ensure compliance with ad policies and account quality.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in performance marketing and paid advertising.
  • Proficiency with Ads Manager tools.
  • Strong analytical and optimization skills.
  • Experience with advertising assets management is mandatory.

2) Video Editor

Role Overview

The Video Editor will produce performance-driven video creatives for paid ads and social media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit video content using
    Adobe Premiere Pro

and
After Effects

.
- Create motion graphics, subtitles, and animations.
- Adapt videos for multiple platforms and formats.
- Collaborate with media buyers to improve creative performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Video Editor.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is required.
  • Familiarity with design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
  • Experience with advertising creatives is a strong plus.

3) Sales Agent

Role Overview

The Sales Agent will be responsible for communicating with leads, understanding client needs, and closing deals for the agency's digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads and client inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and other channels.
  • Present and sell agency services (advertising, assets, creatives, funnels).
  • Understand client objectives and recommend suitable marketing solutions.
  • Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with media buyers and creative teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and client communications.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Experience as a Media Buyer or strong knowledge of paid advertising is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to explain marketing strategies and ad performance to clients.
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills.
