Apply now for the position of Business Administration Professional, and you will manage and register new service contracts in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Your Role:

  • Manage and register new service contracts in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  •  Prepare and issue offers for On-Call customers and generate invoices for service contracts on a monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual basis.
  •  Supports implementation of financial and business administration policies, standards and procedures
  • Analyze the profitability of service contracts and explain deviations through WBS Analysis, COPA Analysis, and P&L impact assessments.
  • Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities and contribute to reports such as IFRS 15, Service Reporting (E2C/I3), and Sales Flash.
  • Support the cash collection team to ensure timely recovery of Customer Service invoices.
