• Organize and manage the Process Eng service
• Identify and manage resources for process system operations.
• Order the machines
• Define the need of materials, Tools and spare parts
• Coordinates, plans, and supervises the installation and relocation of equipment
• Ensure the validation and proper start-up of equipment.
• Develop a process maintenance system based on the principle of risk management and reliability
• Evaluate process flows and make recommendations.
• Support maintenance and production in order to ensure optimized utilisation of the machines
• Continuously applies technical solutions to resolve hindrances to plant efficiency and to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure an improvement action plan related to processes
• Propose CIP (Continuous Improvement Project)
• Ensure the discipline, order and property in his perimeter
• Integral application of the QMS and the 5S / HSE requirements
• Ensure the respect of the rules of the EHS / 5S / QMS by the team in their work area
• Contribution to the effectiveness of the quality management system, including the benefits of improved performance

• The implications of not conforming with the quality management system requirements

• Engineering, Meanical Engineering/ or BAC+4 with experience 3 years in similar tasks

• Proven experience in the field of automotive wiring
• Project Management skills
• Knowledge of technical field of (cutting, Mounting, crimping...)
• Undersanding of Maintenance System management
• Mastery of energy performance of equipment
• Analysis Tools and problem Methods
• Knowledge of Core tools: CMK/SPC/MSA
• Diagnostic Methodology
• Dynamic and voluntary with good sense of organization and commandt
• Have a behavioral Competencies: Communication, Teamwork spirit, analytical spirit
• Mastery of Informatics tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Basic environmental knowledge
• Mastery of French & English
